Foram nos dias 4 e 5 de fev. 2017, durante a programação ambiental do Eco BodyBoard Verao 2017 em Farol de São Tomé-Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ, que houve a soltura de tartarugas marinhas Caretta caretta.
O video mostra a dificuldade de algumas pequenas tartarugas para chegar ao mar, fora os desafios que virão.
Segundo Daniela Torres, coordenadora e bióloga do projeto Tamar, poucas conseguem chegar a idade adulta, já que muitas sofrem com a ação dos predadores naturais ou acabam morrendo presas as redes de pescadores.
